Payment / Delivery Terms

1. PAYMENT TERMS

• By credit card directly on the website, via the secure link.  

Secure Payment We inform our valued customers that we are participating in the fight against fraud, particularly in the case of payment by credit card.

We have implemented verification and protection procedures, including the exclusion of certain foreign cards (customers in good faith can then choose bank transfer) and the establishment of a gray list for credit cards that have already been refused on our site. 

• By bank transfer or check:

The merchandise will only be sent once the sum has been effectively credited to the account and after necessary verifications.

 2. DELIVERY

Goods are sent by post, Colissimo, Chronopost, and other means depending on the destination and volume, including relay points, DHL, FedEx, UPS.

Delivery time: orders are shipped no later than the day after actual receipt of payment. Allow 3 days for postal delivery in mainland France and 7 days for overseas departments and territories. 

Shipping costs are displayed on the order.

Mainland France: generally 6 euros for standard, 10 euros for Colissimo with signature. 

Overseas departments and territories: between 16 euros for priority (7 days) and 10 euros for economy (30 days)
