Lissage brésilien, précautions et soins

Brazilian Blowout Aftercare

Some people are bothered by excessive hair volume or frizz. To solve this problem, there are several possibilities, one of which is straightening. Currently, the most used technique is the famous Brazilian straightening.

It bears this name because each time the process is carried out, the best results are obtained. It is only recommended that the products used are safe and of good quality.

Are you thinking of investing your money in straightening? Then take advantage and learn in this article the main benefits of Brazilian straightening!

* Brazilian straightening provides immediate results
Nothing better than investing in a hair treatment that provides immediate results, right? This is one of the biggest advantages of Brazilian straightening.
You leave the salon with soft, hydrated, shiny, and fragrant hair. Remember to follow washing recommendations and other precautions to preserve this effect. Otherwise, it can be lost in a month.

* Brazilian straightening has lasting effects
Depending on the product, hair type, and how often you wash your hair, the effects of Brazilian straightening can last up to 6 months. In other words, it is an investment that will bring lasting benefits.
However, it is important that you use hair care products during this period. There are ranges of shampoos and creams that help enhance and prolong the results.

* Time saving
Before leaving the house, even for more informal appointments, many people spend a lot of time styling their hair. With Brazilian straightening, you can do everything faster.

This is because you don't spend more hours with a brush or straightener. At most, you will need to dry your hair if you don't want to go out with wet hair. This gives you complete peace of mind to devote yourself to other activities.

It is not a long procedure
Previously, it was common to stay in the salon for several hours to perform the progressive brush. Now, you no longer have to worry: this time takes from 50 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your hair type. The prices are increasingly accessible, but be sure to look for a trusted establishment, with hairdressers specialized in the technique.

As you can see, opting for straightening is an excellent idea for those who want to ensure practicality in their daily lives.

Brazilian straightening is a highly sought-after alternative for those who want to have smooth and less voluminous hair. However, it is a procedure that modifies the structure of the hair fiber.

For this reason, it is important to follow a hair schedule so that the hair is always beautiful and manageable. A little discipline is enough to make them beautiful and for the effect of the treatment to last longer.

And what precautions should you take to maintain the desired result? In this article, you will find a complete list of everything you need to do!

1. Use specific products
After straightening, include specific products for hair recovery in your care routine. This way, they will have an adequate replenishment of nutrients and become stronger.

Look for ranges of shampoo, cream, and conditioner containing ingredients such as panthenol, keratin, and thermal water. This way, the hair also gains an extra dose of hydration.

2. Hydrate your hair well after Brazilian straightening
And speaking of hydration, it is the keyword for those who perform a straightening procedure. Moisturizing treatments, especially deep-acting treatments, exclude the risks of dryness and breakage.

So make it a habit to hydrate your hair at least twice a week. Every two weeks, you can use a more powerful keratin mask to intensify post-chemical hair restructuring.

3. Avoid using deep cleansing shampoos

Deep cleansing shampoos are not suitable for use after Brazilian straightening. This is because one of its functions is to open the hair cuticle, which significantly reduces the durability of Brazilian straightening, as the hair will be sealed.

At least in the first few weeks, opt for restorative and moisturizing products. Save this type of shampoo for another time, for example when you decide you no longer want the effect of straightening.

4. Do not sleep with wet hair
Sleeping with wet hair is generally not recommended, but even less so after straightening. The hair strands have already undergone a significant procedure and need to recover.

Sleeping with wet hair promotes hair loss and breakage, in addition to reducing the results of the treatment. Therefore, always choose to dry your hair, always apply a good heat protectant.

5. Invest in sun protection for your hair
The use of products with sun protection is also very important. Frequent contact with sunlight promotes premature hair aging and directly interferes with the action of straightening.
But there are also masks and creams with this sun protection function, with which you can alternate the application.

Did you see how easy it is to take care of your Brazilian straightening? All these cares are simple, practical, and accessible to keep your hair always beautiful and supple.

And don't forget: the progressive brush also has several advantages for hair. Don't know what it is? Then, find out now!
